Quality (QM / QC)

Defect detection on battery cells, weld seams, glue beads and machined surfaces. Classification and segmentation in real time. Zero-tolerance compliance with full event logging.

Process Monitoring

Continuous visual supervision of production steps - fill, pick-and-place, dispensing, joining. Cycle-time analysis and parameter-drift detection give early warning before scrap accumulates. Outputs feed directly into existing MES / SCADA chains.

HSME - Safety & Environment

Health, Safety, Maintenance, Environment. Worker-zone monitoring, PPE compliance and intrusion detection in restricted areas. Maintenance anomaly detection via camera and sensor fusion. Environmental events - leak, spill, dust and aerosol overrun.

The Metis Suite is the same proven vision-AI we deploy in defense. Perfectly tailored for industrial carriers, and delivered in the deployment mode that fits your stack: as a containerised service (Docker), as a native application running directly on your hardware, or embedded into your existing software via SDK integration.

Articulated robots - KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa and similar industrial arms - get vision-AI feedback that closes the loop on quality, placement and process verification. Mobile robots (AMRs / AGVs) gain continuous environment awareness, dynamic obstacle handling and HSME perimeter checks while in transit. Humanoid robots, such as Boston Dynamics, Figure, Apptronik, Unitree and emerging European platforms, get vision-AI for object handling, co-working safety and task verification. Fixed edge nodes - cameras and embedded GPUs at workstations, line ends and gates - run always-on QM, HSME and process supervision.

A two-layer perception engine

A two-layer perception engine, optimised for the edge. The Real Time Detection Layer is lightweight, signed and audit-grade. It recognises defects, hazards and process anomalies in milliseconds, and is independently updatable without disturbing the rest of the stack.

The Scene-Surveillance Layer is a spatial-temporal model for context, trajectory and surroundings - useful for moving platforms, humanoid co-workers and HSME zoning. Deployed your way: containerised, native, or SDK-embedded. Directly on your hardware, behind your firewall, inside your existing software. Customer data, inference logs and IP stay in clearly separated lanes - by architecture, not by policy.
